Monthly horoscope
Simha (Leo): September 2027
This month, in one line
Guru is standing in a trine to your Moon — one of the three the tradition marks as a gift rather than a demand.
What this month opens for you
It favours taking on more than you currently carry: a student, a study, a responsibility, a vow. Also travel undertaken for meaning rather than escape, and any commitment made in good faith. Doors open more easily now than they will later; the ones worth walking through are the ones you would still choose without the ease.
Your best days
- ✦ Good for beginning something: 4 Sept – 5 Sept, 11 Sept – 13 Sept, 21 Sept – 24 Sept
- ☾ Keep it simple and inward: 16 Sept – 18 Sept, 25 Sept – 26 Sept
Where the light falls
- 1 Sept – 16 Sept: the Sun lights your 1st house, the body and the self you arrive as.
- 17 Sept – 30 Sept: the Sun lights your 2nd house, speech, family wealth, what you hold.
The month's turning points
- 9 SeptShukra enters Kanya, your 2nd house: speech, family wealth, what you hold.
- 16 SeptThe full moon in Kumbha, your 7th house. A time to complete, and to give thanks.
- 21 SeptBudha enters Tula, your 3rd house: courage, effort, siblings, your own hands.
- 30 SeptThe new moon: the Sun and Moon meet in Kanya, your 2nd house. A quiet beginning suits it.
Your act for this month
Teach somebody something you know, without being asked and without charging for it.
Open the Gita — Guru's season is for being taught →An observation, not a forecast. The month reads the Sun's walk, the turning points of the other grahas and the two meetings of Sun and Moon, each counted from the Moon sign Simha. It is the same sky for everyone born under that sign; your own chart says far more.
