This document is written, and a few particulars about the company that publishes it are not yet stated. They are listed below rather than filled with sample text, because a placeholder that looks like a fact is worse than a visible gap.

  • The refund policy — how many days before the start a cancellation still returns everything, what comes back after that day, and what happens once it has begun

One form for every kind of message. Say which it is and it reaches the right place. A person reads it, not a machine.

What you write is kept so that it can be answered, is read only inside VEDAUM, and is never sold and never used to advertise to you. If you are signed in it is attached to your account, so deleting your account deletes it too.

What to expect

VEDAUM is small. A reply usually comes within two or three working days, and it comes from a person rather than a template. If something is broken, saying what you were doing and on which page is worth more than anything else you could send.

About your data

Most of what you might write to ask for — see it, correct it, export it, delete it — is already a button in your account settings and does not need a request. Where it is not, write and it will be done.

Listing a retreat or offering consultations

There is a partner door on the platform and it is open at every count — it is how the marketplace reaches the minimum at which it opens to seekers at all. Register there rather than by email.

If you are a scholar and something here is wrong

Please write. A great deal of this corpus is marked as awaiting scholarly review, and a wrong tithi, a mis-numbered verse or a misattributed capacity is the kind of error that costs a devotee's trust permanently. Corrections are welcome and are acted on.
