That is alright — until you know it, the chart is computed at noon. Two things then rest on a guess: the lagna and the houses, and the Moon, which moves half a nakshatra in twelve hours and is what your dasha periods are read from — so both the period you are shown and the years it turns on may move when the time is added. The other grahas barely travel in half a day, so what they say by rashi holds. Add the time whenever you find it and everything recomputes.

What this is, and what it is not

This is a measurement of where the grahas stood at a moment, in the Lahiri ayanamsa, computed by Swiss Ephemeris. It is not a verdict about your life. VEDAUM will not tell you a marriage is doomed, will not blame a graha for an illness, and will never price a remedy. Where the evidence runs out, it says so.
